Ye Olde Rose & Crown is holding a Jubilee Tea Dance on Saturday 2 June in the afternoon. There will be DJs, as well as cakes and vintage make-overs.
Love ‘em or hate ‘em, you’re unlikely to be able to escape the Royal Family at the start of June. However, if you get Bank Holidays off of work, a long weekend at the beginning of June is surely welcome. The Jubilee Tea Dance is upstairs at the Rose & Crown, and runs from 1-4pm on Saturday 2 June.
Entrance is £2 for adults, under 10s are free (I’m guessing those aged 10-17 will also have to pay £2). There will be a vinyl sale hosted by Tony Tunes, and Jerome’s World of Swing will be playing some, er, swing!

Thanks, Simon.
